About the Collaboratory

The collaboratory is a data analysis and collaboration network focused exclusively on smaller colleges and universities in New York State.

Leveraging expertise across the New York Six Liberal Â鶹¹ÙÍø Consortium (NY6), the collaboratory consists of a cohort of statisticians and data librarians from regional colleges and universities, and from within the community. These experts provide consultation and support in the following areas:

  • Statistical methodology
  • Data mining and manipulation
  • Creating data that meet principles of findability, accessibility, interoperability, and reusability (FAIR)
  • Data Visualization
